PICKUP & DELIVERY SERVICE

Our pickup and delivery hours are between 7-11pm, Sunday through Thursday.  It is an open window but we will send a text about 30 minutes before we arrive when the route is set for the night.  If it’s your first time, we’ll need to collect some information to register you into our system. Please let us know if your clothes require any special attention or direction.

Payment will be required at delivery.  We prefer credit cards but will accept cash.  Please let us know so we can make sure to have change. If you want, you also have an option to store a card on file in our system.  It is encrypted and secure so your information is protected.

Although we'd love to visit every neighborhood in Chicago, we currently only service the following ZIP codes. We know, it makes us sad too.

Want to wash your clothes yourself?  Our facility has 21 high quality washing machines and 16 efficient dryers. We also offer:
